$750 per month plus electric with $300 deposit

RV Park Discounts

$50 discount off site fee for military, traveling nurses, senior citizens, and local ISD employees

Non-refundable background check per guest is $44.99.

RV Park Cancellations

$25 fee if cancelled 30 days or more prior to agreement

$200 fee if cancelled 14-30 days prior to agreement

$300 fee if cancelled less than 14 days from agreement
